The What I Crave brand started as a Food Truck serving the Yakima, WA area. Known for the distinctive red truck and the amazing taste and style of Chef Crystal's cooking!

What I Crave Food Truck - Details
Here are some basic details that apply to most situations, contact us for details for your event!
Currently (2025), for private events, we charge a $500+tax minimum for service. (This covers an average of 30-35 people). We ask for this down to reserve your date and time frame. This payment will be applied directly to your service charges on this date.
-Final guest count and menu decisions are due 1 week prior.
-Any balance exceeding your amount(s) paid will be due after service.
We accept all forms of payment, but do charge a 4% processing fee on card/digital transactions and $1.50/mile travel fee, round trip, for any service location outside Yakima County.
We have many options for catering!
For larger groups, we recommend you select 2-3 set plate options. It allows for service efficiency and a set price per person helps with easy planning and budgeting.
Our most popular options start at $15 per person... You can also add non alcoholic drinks or desserts for an additional charge.

with Fresh Pico, Creamy Chipotle,
Limes, Re-fried Beans, and Rice
#2- 2 Sliders (Beef or Pulled Pork)
with Cheddar Cheese,
BBQ Sauce or Mayo,
Mac N Cheese and Coleslaw
#3-Teriyaki Chicken or Pork
with Grilled Veggies and Pineapple,
Steamed Rice and Sauce
#4- BBQ Chicken or Ribs
With House BBQ Sauce
Sweet Corn and Baked Beans
We can change things out however you'd like... Sides... Flavors... Etc. Just let us know what you'd prefer when you contact us!
