What I Crave Restaurant and Tavern - Cooking Classes

Specially designed cooking classes at What I Crave Restaurant and Tavern during closed hours, taught by Chef Crystal herself!   

There will only be 5 tickets sold PER CLASS! (each ticket is for 2 people, either 1 adult and 1 child or 2 adults)

4 different courses will be taught including a drink, appetizer, entree and a dessert!  Everything you need will be provided.  At the end of the class you can eat and/or take home what you make! Recommended child skill level is Ages 8+.

"Summer Fiesta" Class Menu

Drink:  Cream Soda "Twisted Sister"

Appetizer:  Ham & Cheese Omelet w/ Bacon

Entree:  Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Dessert:  Grilled Fruit Kebobs

India Inspired Class Menu

Drink:  Dirty Chai Cocktail

Appetizer:  Naan Bread w/ dipping sauce

Entree:  Chicken Curry w/ Saffron Rice

Dessert:  Baklava w/ Cardamom

The ticket price is $149 for 1 Adult and 1 Child or 2 Adults. All necessary supplies will be provided, including food.  You're welcome to bring your own knives if you have a preference.   The adult classes will include a cocktail using a wine based alcoholic beverage (proof of 21+ required at the class).  A Mocktail version with no alcohol will be available.

This class involves cooking with heat and using knives, as well as other risks inherent with cooking activities.   We will ask you to sign a waiver before class regarding basic standards for safety and customer responsibility.  All standard restaurant policies will also apply.   

Please wear appropriate attire such as non slip closed toed shoes, shirts with sleeves, etc.  For kids classes, please use parental discretion when deciding if your child is of appropriate maturity and/or skill level for this class.
